Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction supervision experience in industrial settings
• Deep understanding of construction methods and field installation techniques
• Experience with structural steel and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) scopes
• Proficient in reading and interpreting drawings, specifications, and schedules
• Demonstrated ability to manage trade partners and diverse teams effectively
• Strong communication, organization, and conflict-resolution abilities
• OSHA 30 certification preferred, or willingness to obtain
• Open to candidates with trades backgrounds, not requiring a degree

Responsibilities

• Lead daily coordination between off-site fabrication and on-site installation
• Oversee installation of prefabricated OSM assemblies and systems
• Coordinate structural steel, MEP, logistics, and trade partners
• Manage installation schedules, including creating two-week look-aheads
• Track project progress, identify delays, and implement recovery plans
• Facilitate coordination meetings to address scope and field conflicts
• Hold subcontractors accountable for schedule, quality, and safety
• Serve as the primary point of contact for installation-related matters
• Ensure installed work meets codes and quality standards
• Support project inspections, testing, and commissioning efforts
• Promote a robust safety culture at the jobsite
