Site Development Project Delivery Leader
Essential Functions- Lead and manage active site development projects across DC and Northern Virginia
- Serve as the primary liaison with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships
- Drive business growth by expanding RK&K's footprint in new markets
- Oversee design, permitting, and quality control for land development projects
- Mentor and develop junior and senior civil engineering staff
- Facilitate client presentations, internal meetings, and plan approvals
Required Skills and Experience- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- PE license in DC and/or VA (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in land/site development
- Deep knowledge of permitting processes in DC and Northern V
- Proven leadership and project management experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Skills and Experience- Strong local network of engineers and clients; active in industry groups

Salary Range: $79.00-$91.00 per hour
