Qualifications
1. Required
• 7+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate events, employee engagement, site operations, or a related field in a corporate, matrixed environment
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams with competing priorities and tight deadlines
• Strong project management skills with the ability to drive end-to-end execution across communications, events, and operational processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce content for senior management and tailor messaging for diverse audiences
• Experience working with and supporting senior stakeholders, including preparing executive-level reporting, presentations, and briefing materials
• Strong budget management skills, including expense tracking, budget planning, and vendor/payment processing • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and collaboration tools (SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Jive, Viva Engage)
• Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to leverage AI (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, generative AI) to improve productivity across communications, content development, reporting, and workflow optimization
• Sharp attention to detail and a proactive, self-starter attitude with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
2. Preferred
• Experience supporting a COO office, site leadership team, or equivalent operational leadership function
• Experience with digital signage, internal marketing campaigns, or multi-channel content production (print, video, digital)
• Experience with event management at scale, including vendor coordination, procurement, and logistics for large employee populations
• Experience building or improving operational processes in a developing or rapidly evolving environment
• Familiarity with expense and budget tools (e.g., Smaart, ENC workflows)

Primary Responsibilities - Support the Alpharetta Global Center COO
1. Communications
• Develop and execute the site communication strategy, including event marketing, site-wide announcements, digital signage and displays, and content for internal platforms
• Provide communications support for employee networks and committees, including review, production, and distribution of event communications
• Maintain and govern the site events calendar, key announcements, and internal mail groups
• Design and support internal marketing campaigns to drive awareness and participation across site programming
• Work with Corporate Services and other partners to iterate and mature communications processes and workflows
2. Event Management
• Serve as the direct point of contact for events produced by site management, managing logistics, vendor coordination, marketing, and procurement
• Serve as a support contact for events produced by employee networks, committees, and Firmwide activations
• Curate the site event portfolio and review new event proposals to ensure alignment with site priorities and calendar capacity
• Coordinate logistics for senior leader and VIP visits, including agenda development and messaging
• Work with partners to iterate and mature event processes, which are actively being refined
3. Site Asset Management
• Manage and maintain site assets, including branded materials, swag, digital content libraries, and event supplies
• Ensure assets are organized, current, and readily available to support site programming, communications, and events
4. Governance Reporting Support
• Prepare materials, reporting, and presentations for site governance forums, including recurring leadership meetings, planning sessions, HR forums, and risk reviews
• Maintain planning tools, trackers, dashboards, and intel packs that support leadership decision-making
• Ensure the COO has timely, accurate, and well-organized information to chair and lead governance forums
5. Employee Experience and Talent Programming • Execute the site's new hire experience, including welcome communications, facility tours, gift distribution, orientation sessions, and culture programming
• Support engagement and culture initiatives that reinforce site values and strengthen employee connection
• Gather employee feedback and insights to improve programming effectiveness
6. Employee Network and Committee Support
• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for employee networks and committees, providing communications, marketing, event coordination, and programming alignment support
• Support budget tracking across all networks, committees, and site management events
7. Business Management Support
• Support ENC submissions, vendor setups, payment processing, budget tracking, and ad-hoc data requests
• Support the budgeting and expense management process for site-wide activities, including budget planning, the expense approval process, and expense reporting
8. Staff Support and Workplace Escalations
• Serve as the front-line point of contact for site-specific employee inquiries, including questions about events, workplace experience issues, network activities, and new hire logistics
• Manage employee engagement process support and escalations with Corporate Services, triaging and resolving issues in real time
• Contribute to tasks and special projects for other US Global Centers as needed

Salary Range: $120,000- $130,000 a year
