The Opportunity:

As a CACI SIGINT Analyst / Reporter in the 389th MI BN and 1st Special Forces Command (A), you will prioritize, assess, and evaluate information obtained from passive and active collection, network analysis, and multi-source intelligence—including SIGINT, IMINT, MASINT, HUMINT, OSINT, and other collateral reporting—to deliver timely, actionable intelligence products that enable informed operational decisions. You will produce high-impact intelligence reports supporting 389th MI BN mission requirements and priority intelligence requirements (PIRs), with mentorship to meet IC production standards. You will conduct network evaluation and analysis to identify trends, assess emerging threats, and pinpoint targets and activities of interest to ARSOF elements, while utilizing SIGINT and collateral repositories to enhance reporting quality and operational understanding. Retrieves information from multiple intelligence databases and sources to respond to customer requests and run queries within intelligence systems to locate relevant data. Applies expert knowledge of SIGINT reporting policies and IC standards and practices. Works closely with military personnel and IC partners to determine reportability, receiving guidance on report focus and scope. Coordinates with ARSOF elements to understand intelligence requirements and operational tempo to improve product relevance and timeliness. Integrate SIGINT with all-source intelligence to enrich multi-domain analysis and operational frameworks. Mentor’s junior analysts to enhance SIGINT tradecraft, critical thinking, and production mastery, ensuring high-quality intelligence products that support mission success and address evolving Intelligence Community priorities.

Responsibilities:

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Serve as embedded Intel and Target Analyst.
  • Performs Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) directed toward the identification, targeting, and exploitation of emerging threats.
  • Analyze multi-domain intelligence to discover, develop, and assist in the global target development of various threats and actors.
  • Leverages and delivers the tools, expert analysis, and tradecraft required to provide timely, relevant, actionable, and understandable intelligence material to inform decision-makers and influence outcomes.
  • Produces high-impact intelligence reports supporting 389th MI BN mission requirements and priority intelligence requirements (PIRs), with mentorship to meet IC production standards.
  • Provide analysis of SIGINT, Cyber, and Commercially Available Information (CAI) (ex. Commercial Telemetry Data (CTD).
  • Provides specialized senior-level expertise in Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) to support the execution of multi-disciplinary intelligence fusion activities and support the SOFETOPs mission.
  • Shift work is required, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as operational requirements dictate.
  • Maintain readiness and availability to respond to emergent situations outside of normal business hours.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance with poly
  • A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience, an associate degree and 7+ years of experience, or 9+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience working with JSOC and/or NSA/CSS in targeting, intelligence analysis, and/or organizing global intelligence operations.
  • SIGINT or CYBER Analysis experience, and ability to demonstrate knowledge of databases and collections systems used in the development of intelligence products
  • Working knowledge of the tools, methods, and concepts of portals and other real-time or near-real-time knowledge management systems.
  • Knowledge of IC tools used to conduct research and analysis and tool used to develop tailored intelligence products (Message Traffic Databases; DX, ANB, Graph Databases, Maven Smart Systems/Palantir, Microsoft Suite etc)
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Desired:

  • Experience supporting SOF (USASOC or Joint SOF) in a deployed environment.
  • Experience directly supporting SOF operations in a target analysis capacity
  • Must work independently with limited government oversight and function effectively as part of a team in a joint working environment.
  • Language proficiency in an additional language: Chines (Mandarin) / Russian / Spanish
