Full Job Description
This Targeting Officer position is located in Northern Virginia with flexible core hours. Key Role: Serve as a SIGDEV Analyst conducting operational SIGINT analysis and research to drive complex missions that support national security objectives. Utilize various collection methods to drive targeting strategies and collaborate with partners across the Intelligence Community. Develop expertise in the client's functional missions, including threats, proliferation, narcotics, or counterintelligence and regional expertise. Basic Qualifications:
  • TS/SCI clearance with a current full scope polygraph
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in the Intelligence Community
  • BA or BS degree (or additional 4 years experience in lieu of degree)
  • Knowledge of various SIGINT collection methods used to close intelligence gaps and accomplish strategic and operational objectives
  • Ability to collaborate across various elements within the organization and across the Intelligence Community
  • Knowledge of all-source intelligence, SIGINT, MASINT, IMINT, or HUMINT collection or analysis
  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and equivalent IC software tools
