We're looking for a SharePoint Online Administrator for an onsite role in Columbia, SC.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience with:
    • Development support for SharePoint Online (Office 365), Microsoft 365 hybrid infrastructure, the Microsoft Windows platform, advanced permissions, and Entra ID
    • SharePoint Framework (SPFx) to customize and integrate Microsoft 365 applications
    • Front-end design, user interface, and user experience
    • Implementing SharePoint roadmap enhancements and changes and developing technical runbooks
    • Creating and maintaining workflow and Power Automate configurations
  • Understanding of Microsoft SharePoint Online best practices and technical documentation

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with data governance, data governance frameworks, data policy, and policy documentation
  • Advanced knowledge of business processes
  • Strong understanding of PowerShell
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, administer, and maintain the functionality of sites, subsites, and links
  • Use best practices within Entra ID architecture to design, administer, and manage security groups, advanced settings, and permissions in SharePoint Online
  • Perform site and content permission audits
  • Work with site owners to increase the functionality of departmental SharePoint Online sites and subsites
  • Manage site layout structure, content, workflows, and automation
  • Provide SharePoint Online support to end users

Education/Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field; years of experience may substitute for formal education
  • Preferred certifications:
    • Microsoft Power Platform certifications
    • Microsoft 365 certifications

The salary range for this position is $125,000 - $140,000.

They should possess advanced skills in Entra ID architecture and have a solid understanding of Microsoft 365 application integration.
