Qualifications

• Eight years of SharePoint Development experience, including customized code and web part modifications.
• Five years of experience with SDLC processes such as Agile, SCRUM, and Lean methodologies.
• Five years of experience mentoring junior staff on best practices.
• Five years of experience in software defect documentation using bug tracking systems.
• Five years of experience with various testing methods including Unit, System, and User Acceptance Testing.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery for application development.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph required.

Responsibilities

• Provide SharePoint development support, including customized code and workflow modifications.
• Develop and test applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery.
• Conduct various software testing types, ensuring application functionality and user satisfaction.
• Follow Software Development Life Cycle processes including SDLC, Agile, SCRUM, and Lean.
• Mentor junior personnel on development practices and procedures.
• Document software defects and communicate findings to developers and project managers.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to fulfill customer requirements for SharePoint solutions.
• Support the full lifecycle of SharePoint application development, testing, and deployment across networks.
