Full Job Description

Title:

SharePoint Application Developer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Classified Information Management: Work both individually and in a team, supporting various activities related to classified information management in a SharePoint environment

  • SharePoint Solutions: Support existing, out of the box and custom SharePoint solutions, which may involve modifications

  • User Account Resolution: Manage user accounts, resolve user help requests, and account for all security nuances related to account eligibility

  • Building Web-based Application: Build web-based applications to fulfill client’s process needs

  • Sustainment Support: Providing sustainment support for new applications, upgrades and patch developments, integration, analysis, testing, fielding, and operations

  • Application Changes from Security Findings: Supporting application changes as a result of security report findings and/or continuous process improvement

  • Software Bug Resolution: Identify and resolve software bugs

  • Existing Application Management: Analyze, develop, and improve existing applications and associated processes

  • Establish Implementation Requirements: Collaborate with customer and mission partners to establish requirements and implementation plans for the applications/frameworks being proposed

  • Content Management: Manage content for classified and unclassified website/portals

  • Training: Provide training to end users

Work Environment:

  • Location: On-site

  • Travel Requirements: Minimal

  • Working Hours: Standard

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Clearance: Active TS/SCI

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience

  • Programming: Intermediate knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery

  • SharePoint Workflows: Ability to develop and support SharePoint 2010 and 2013 complex workflows

  • SharePoint Migration: Ability to manually migrate solutions from SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint 2019

  • Certification: IAT Level II Certification

  • Application Development Policy: Experience implementing application development best practices and policies

Desired:

  • AvePoint Products: Familiarity with AvePoint products such as DocAve and Fly

  • Power BI: Familiarity with Power BI and its integration with SharePoint
