This role requires a blend of technical mastery, project management, and a passion for fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.

Strategic Responsibilities

  • Knowledge Management Leadership: Design and enforce metadata strategies, search optimization, and document lifecycle policies to ensure company information is findable and secure.

  • Governance & Security: Own the security model for all internal and extranet sites. Establish and document governance policies for site creation, group management, and external sharing.

  • Collaboration Evangelist: Promote the adoption of M365 collaboration tools. Act as a consultant to various business units to help them digitize their workflows.
