Job Title: Business Systems Manager
Job Description
The Business Systems Manager serves as the organizations technology and business systems leader, ensuring that technology, data, and enterprise applications effectively support operational and strategic objectives. This role oversees the development, optimization, security, and performance of enterprise systems, with a strong emphasis on ERP administration, business process improvement, data integrity, reporting, analytics, and cross-functional technology initiatives. Partnering closely with Finance, Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Executive Leadership, this position acts as a strategic business partner to leverage technology for improved efficiency, stronger decision making, and sustainable growth. The role also holds responsibility for cybersecurity, infrastructure, data governance, and IT operations across multiple locations.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategy, integration, administration, and optimization of the organizations ERP system to support operational and strategic goals.
  • Oversee the development, enhancement, and performance of enterprise applications to ensure they effectively support business processes.
  • Ensure business process alignment with technology solutions, driving continuous process improvement across departments.
  • Maintain high standards of data integrity, reporting effectiveness, and analytics to support accurate and timely decision making.
  • Design, manage, and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable operations across multiple locations.
  • Oversee cybersecurity initiatives, policies, and controls to protect systems, data, and applications.

Work Environment

Job Type & Location

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
