ResponsibilitiesPosition Responsibilities:
- Manage Shared Services Generalists team and resources across multiple managed service providers
- Allocate resources across multiple teams, projects, and departments based on demand, capacity, and skill requirements
- Partner with project managers, functional leaders, and department heads to forecast resource needs
- Drive efficient use of shared resources across a matrix structure
- Other projects or duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree with 6 to 8 years of related experience and 3 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma with 9 plus years of specific experience and 5 plus years of leadership experience
