Position OverviewPower your future with Qualus in our Program Management department as a Business Analyst. You will be responsible for data management, transformation & process improvement, systems support, monitoring and compliance, and reporting of business data to help drive informed decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Data Management & Reporting
- Prepare and submit Monthly Reports, ensuring data integrity and timely delivery.
- Maintain and update relevant tracking spreadsheets to support internal and external reporting needs.
- Manage and maintain accurate tracking information for all active and pending projects.
- Prepare and compile Quarterly and Annual Reports.
- Support creation of Monthly Portfolio Meeting slide decks with current and relevant data.
- Complete the Annual Report with consolidated and validated information.
- Data Transformation & Process Improvement
- Lead the transition from legacy spreadsheets into Power BI, ensuring data structures are optimized for reporting.
- Backfill historical and missing data into spreadsheets and databases to ensure complete datasets.
- Develop and implement improvements to tracking processes, including automation where feasible.
- Create clear and comprehensive process flows for all major tasks and workflows.
- Organize and maintain structured file repositories to support accessibility and audit readiness.
- Analytical Tools & System Support
- Pull and manage load data for analysis and reporting.
- Track and maintain data and submissions.
- Monitoring & Compliance
- Automonitor queues for upcoming or late deadlines and alert stakeholders proactively.
- Support regional aggregation processes by preparing and validating required data.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, reporting, or a related field.
- Required: Bachelor's degree.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis features.
