Job Description:

DePuy Synthes is recruiting fora SeniorFinancial Analyst (SFA), FP&A Enterprise Business Partners (EBP),locatedin Raynham, Massachusetts.

TheSenior Financial Analyst, FP&A Enterprise Business Partners (EBP)supportsFinance & Tax, OtherAdministration, Legal and HRleaders by providing high9quality financial analysis, planning, and decision support. This role plays a key part in the annual operating plan, forecast, and long9range planning processes, helping drive financial discipline, transparency, and value creation across enterprise initiatives. The position partners closely with FP&A leaders, business stakeholders, and cross9functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support FP&A business partners by delivering financial analysis, insights, and reporting to inform strategic and operational decisions.

  • Contribute to the annual operating plan, forecast, and long9range planning processes for assigned enterprise or functional areas.

  • Analyze actual results versus plan and forecast,identifyingkey drivers, risks, and opportunities.

  • Develop andmaintainfinancial models, scenario analyses, and business cases to support investment and resource allocation decisions.

  • Prepare clear andaccuratefinancial reports, dashboards, and presentation materials for leadership reviews and governance forums.

  • Partner with other FP&A, Finance, and Enterprise teams to ensure alignment with financial processes, assumptions, and timelines.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor9s degreerequired, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.

Experience and Skills

Required:

  • 4 6+ yearsof experience in FP&A, finance, or a related analytical role.

  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem9solving skills.

  • Ability to analyze complex data and translate results into clear, actionable insights.

  • Proficiencywith financial systems and advanced Excel; experience with planning and reporting tools preferred.

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting enterprise, corporate, or functional finance teams.

  • Exposure to large, complex, or global organizations.

  • Interest in career progression toward FP&A Manager or Business Partner roles.

  • Strong communicationskills and ability to work effectively in a matrixed, cross9functional environment.

Additional Information

  • Location:Raynham, MA (on9site or hybrid per business requirements).

  • Travel:Limited travel, based on business needs.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$94,000.00 - $170,000.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company9s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
