This role balances resource demand across the area and region,optimizespersonnelutilization, and minimizes overtime. In addition, the leader drives competency development by creating training strategies, coordinating assessments, and monitoring progression and compliance.

As aScheduling and Competency Leader,you willbe responsible for:

  • Coordinatingshort,mid, andlong-termscheduling of field personnel based on activity requirements, competence levels, and availability.

  • Balancing resource demand across the area and wider region to ensureoptimaldeployment.

  • Monitoring andoptimizingpersonnelutilizationwhile minimizing overtime and ensuring operational efficiency.

  • Assigning crews to jobs and coordinating mobilization and demobilization activities.

  • Developing training and competency strategies aligned with product line and operational needs.

  • Creating individual development plans and coordinating competency assessments.
