Full Job Description
As a Services Specialist - Resource Management, you will be responsible for leading resource planning and deployment activities to ensure customer commitments and business objectives are achieved. You will work closely with service leaders, operations teams, and business stakeholders to forecast resource requirements, develop workforce plans, and ensure the organization has the capabilities needed to support current and future business demands.

You will play a key role in balancing customer requirements, workforce availability, and operational priorities while driving efficient resource utilization and supporting talent development initiatives.

As a Services Specialist - Resource Management, you will be responsible for:
• Leading field resource deployment planning and execution to support customer requirements and business performance metrics.
• Partnering with Customer Service Managers to address escalations and resolve resource-related challenges.
• Developing long-range forecasts of regional workforce requirements based on business needs and growth plans.
• Creating and executing short-term and long-term resource plans aligned with operational commitments and resource forecasts.
• Supporting workforce planning activities, including recruitment, succession planning, skills assessments, and employee development initiatives.
• Identifying capability gaps and coordinating advanced training programs to ensure workforce readiness.
• Collaborating with senior business leaders and stakeholders to define resource requirements and operational priorities.
• Communicating project approaches, workforce strategies, and planning outcomes to leadership teams.
• Managing and implementing standardized project and resource management processes across the organization.
• Ensuring updated business procedures, policies, and operational guidelines are effectively adopted within the team.
• Supporting a diverse customer portfolio while balancing contractual commitments, business objectives, and operational requirements.
• Monitoring resource utilization and deployment effectiveness to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Developing solutions to meet customer expectations while optimizing workforce productivity and service delivery performance.
• Ensuring compliance with company standards, policies, and operational procedures.

To be successful in this role you will:
• Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Services.
• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Resource Management, Workforce Planning, Operations, or a related field.
• Demonstrate experience in workforce planning, resource allocation, and operational execution.
• Possess strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to interpret business requirements and workforce needs.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions and leadership levels.
• Have experience managing competing priorities and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively identify issues and implement effective solutions.
• Be capable of working in a dynamic environment while adapting to changing business priorities and customer demands.
• Have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence decisions across teams.
