- Strategic Financial Leadership: Own the financial performance narrative. Use sophisticated analysis and business drivers to assess returns on capital, assets, and overall value creation.
- Process Transformation: Shape priorities and operating programs across the functional area to drive significant improvements in quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Insight-Driven Partnering: Act as a trusted thought partner to senior leadership. Influence strategic and operational decisions through sound judgment, data-driven recommendations, and clear, compelling storytelling.
- Advanced Analytics: Leverage multiple data sources and external market perspectives to challenge conventional thinking, identify root causes, and solve complex, ambiguous business problems.
- Operational Excellence: Operate with autonomy to advance financial best practices. Maintain a deep enterprise perspective to ensure alignment across diverse teams, functions, and geographies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited College or University with 8+ years of professional experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or Income Statement management; or High School Diploma / GED with 10+ years of relevant experience.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $107,600.00 and $179,400.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
