What you will do:• Function as Operations leader for the services and contracting revenue streams, providing the leadership for all activities with internal and external customers.
• Lead contracting operations team to execute projects after customer acquisition, including order validation, order entry, order follow up, customer inquiry, engineering, submittals, service operations, project management, technical support, warranties, claims, and resource allocations.
• Develop and execute overall strategy for the services and contracting organization.
• Responsible for overall contracting and service organization's financial performance and associate engagement.
• Responsible for delivering business results and developing a high performing, highly engaged culture.
• Develop team leaders and coach to establish required skill sets, talents, and capabilities.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating with customers and staff as needed.
• Collaborate across the Life Sciences organization to identify opportunities to improve customer experience and increase market share
What you will bring:- Bachelor's degree required, MBA or graduate degree preferred
- A minimum of 8+ years experience in leadership roles in service and/or contracting operations
- Commitment to building and leading a highly engaged team of operations professionals focused on customer experience, growth, and career advancement
- Experience in transforming operations systems and processes to drive efficiency and improved customer experience
- Solid financial acumen and business communications skills
- Growth mindset to collaborate with the Life Science Solutions leadership team to establish and execute strategies to deliver profitable growth
