Rate of Pay: $134,534 to $206,200/yr

Job Duties: Lead the pre-sales and project oversight for the SMB Migration Factory, including Project Delivery and pre-sales: Scoping, Pricing, Building Statements of Work, and engagement with AWS. Responsible for designing and implementing service delivery solutions and strategies that align with client needs and business objectives. Create service delivery frameworks, identify the right technologies and methodologies, and ensure that services are delivered effectively. Shaping the overall service delivery landscape and play a lead role on consulting engagements. Serve as the face to the customer and provide leadership of the delivery team. Develop and design service delivery frameworks or deliver complex services, including processes, methodologies, and technology solutions to meet the specific requirements of clients. Create detailed as builds documentation and architectural plans that address client needs and challenges. Collaborate and consult closely with clients to understand their needs, goals, and constraints, and align solutions with these client specific requirements. Take the lead on projects, manage resources, timelines, and budgets, and ensure the successful execution of service delivery solutions. Implement and maintain quality standards and best practices to ensure that service delivery solutions meet high-quality benchmarks. Mentor and collaborate with junior architects and other team members to share knowledge, best practices, and guidance. Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements, and actively seek opportunities to enhance service delivery processes, efficiency, and overall quality. Contribute to the strategic direction of service delivery within the organization, including shaping the services strategy and aligning it with business objectives. Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in an information technology project manager-related occupation.
