About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager (LDPM) to drive the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) capabilities across the enterprise. This role will serve as the Product Owner for strategic portfolio management initiatives, partnering with business stakeholders, technology teams, and platform engineering partners to deliver scalable solutions that improve governance, planning, prioritization, and execution of change initiatives.

The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the adoption of ServiceNow SPM across Consumer Banking, Commercial Banking, and other enterprise business units, supporting the organization's vision of a unified change management and portfolio management platform. This individual will operate as a Product Owner with a strong focus on Agile delivery, stakeholder engagement, business value realization, and continuous platform enhancement.

In this role, you will:
  • Lead the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management capabilities.
  • Serve as the Product Owner for ServiceNow SPM, managing and prioritizing the product backlog and aligning business needs with technical delivery.
  • Drive enterprise adoption of ServiceNow SPM, including onboarding new business groups and expanding platform utilization across Consumer Banking, Commercial Banking, and other organizations.
  • Partner with architects, developers, platform engineering teams, and business stakeholders to design and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
  • Support branch network stakeholders and other business partners by ensuring platform capabilities align with portfolio management, investment planning, and change management objectives.
  • Act as a key participant in large-scale strategic planning and enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Review and analyze complex ServiceNow SPM strategies, processes, and solution designs to improve user experience and business outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage Generative AI, intelligent automation, and workflow optimization capabilities within ServiceNow.
  • Evaluate complex business challenges and provide subject matter expertise for technology-enabled solutions.
  • Define business requirements and translate them into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
  • Partner with Agile delivery teams to manage product increments, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning using Jira and related tools.
  • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations that influence enterprise-wide technology solutions and digital strategy.
  • Support and enhance ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management capabilities, governance processes, and reporting frameworks.
  • Collaborate with peers, technology leaders, and senior business stakeholders to resolve issues, influence outcomes, and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Demonstrate foundational AI literacy by effectively using approved AI tools to support everyday work
  • Apply AI tools for activities such as research, summarization, drafting, analysis, and decision support
  • Exercise sound judgment when interpreting and using AI-generated outputs
  • Understand basic AI limitations and appropriate use cases within daily workflows
  • Adhere to data privacy, security, and data-handling standards when using AI tools
  • Use AI ethically and responsibly, in alignment with company policies and guidelines

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience serving as a Product Owner for ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), IT Business Management (ITBM), or related portfolio management platforms
  • Experience driving enterprise platform adoption and leading change management initiatives across multiple business groups
  • Strong knowledge of portfolio management, project management, demand management, investment planning, and Agile delivery methodologies
  • Experience using Jira to manage product backlogs, prioritize work, and support Agile delivery teams
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, including technology, operations, and business leadership
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, integrations, reporting, and workflow automation
  • Experience identifying and implementing AI-driven, automation, and workflow optimization opportunities
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning capabilities


Job Expectations
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule - 3 days per week on-site/in office and 2 days per week remote
