The opportunityEY is seeking a ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Developer to support the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise portfolio, program, and project management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role is ideal for a technically strong ServiceNow professional who enjoys building scalable SPM capabilities that enable better investment decisions, delivery transparency, and business outcomes.

Your key responsibilities- Configure and develop ServiceNow SPM modules including Demand Management, Project & Program Management, Resource Management, and Portfolio Planning
- Build and maintain workflows using Flow Designer, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and custom tables
- Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs for portfolio health, financial tracking, and resource capacity
- Collaborate with functional consultants and BPCs to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Support integrations between SPM and ITSM, HR, and financial systems
- Participate in release management, testing, upgrades, and platform governance activities
Skills and attributes for success- Strong hands-on ServiceNow development experience with SPM / PPM modules
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow data model
- Solid understanding of project, portfolio, and resource management concepts
- Experience working within Agile or SAFe delivery models
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ideally, you'll also have- ServiceNow CSA and CIS - Strategic Portfolio Management certifications
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with ERP or financial systems
- Prior experience in consulting or managed services environments
- Exposure to ITSM or HR modules on ServiceNow

Individual salaries within the anticipated salary ranges noted below are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to internal equity, education, relevant experience, knowledge, and applicable skill sets.
- Toronto/London/Ottawa/Waterloo/Vancouver/Victoria: $92,000 to $132,000.
