The opportunity

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Developer to support the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise portfolio, program, and project management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role is ideal for a technically strong ServiceNow professional who enjoys building scalable SPM capabilities that enable better investment decisions, delivery transparency, and business outcomes.

Your key responsibilities
  • Configure and develop ServiceNow SPM modules including Demand Management, Project & Program Management, Resource Management, and Portfolio Planning
  • Build and maintain workflows using Flow Designer, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and custom tables
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs for portfolio health, financial tracking, and resource capacity
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and BPCs to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Support integrations between SPM and ITSM, HR, and financial systems
  • Participate in release management, testing, upgrades, and platform governance activities


Skills and attributes for success
  • Strong hands-on ServiceNow development experience with SPM / PPM modules
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow data model
  • Solid understanding of project, portfolio, and resource management concepts
  • Experience working within Agile or SAFe delivery models
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail


Ideally, you'll also have
  • ServiceNow CSA and CIS - Strategic Portfolio Management certifications
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with ERP or financial systems
  • Prior experience in consulting or managed services environments
  • Exposure to ITSM or HR modules on ServiceNow
