What You Will Do:- Help translate complex business requirements into technical designs and solutions using ServiceNow.
- Lead the development of ServiceNow applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to other ServiceNow developers.
- Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications.
- Stay current with ServiceNow products, features, and industry trends to drive innovation.
- Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for improving existing ServiceNow implementations.
- Conduct reviews of functionality developed by ServiceNow development team and perform unit, system, and integration testing.
- Debug and fix technical problems.
- Support the development of detailed technical and functional documentation.
- Provide demonstrations of developed applications to product owners and end users.
- Participate in platform upgrade activities, including regression testing and reconfiguration.
- Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions.
What You Will Need:- Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science, Information Technology or Business is preferred)
- Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
- Minimum of THREE (3) years of professional experience.
- ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CIS, CAD is preferred
- Ability to commute to client or corporate offices within the Sacramento, CA metropolitan area as required by the practice.
What Would Be Nice To Have:- Candidates with an ACTIVE "SECRET" or higher-level clearance are preferred.
- Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls.
- Expertise in ServiceNow Modules such as HRSD and ITSM, as well as with App Engine and Scoped Apps.
- Experience with web services integration, specifically Mid-Server, SOAP, and REST, preferred.
- Strong experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide, AngularJS), Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- Experience with ServiceNow automated testing framework (ATF).
- Agile, SCRUM or SAFe certifications.
- General understanding of financial management aspects (i.e., financial operations, financial innovation, internal control, risk management, etc.), particularly in a federal environment.
The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
