Full Job Description
Koniag Advisory and Business Solutions, LLC a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a ServiceNow Platform/ Product Admin to support KABS and our government customer in Washington, DC. The position is hybrid, requires 1 day onsite. This position requires the candidate to be able to obtain a Public Trust.

Koniag Advisory and Business Solutions, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a ServiceNow Platform / Product Admin to support the Digital Workplace workforce by administering ServiceNow capabilities, maintaining platform health, supporting product teams, and ensuring configurations remain secure, supportable, and aligned with operational needs. Work will be performed at the client's facility or customer approved remote locations during Eastern Time core business hours.

The ServiceNow Platform / Product Admin will provide day-to-day administration, configuration support, platform monitoring, and product enablement across the ServiceNow environment.

Principal responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Administer users, groups, roles, permissions, catalog content, queues, forms, dashboards, notifications, and core platform settings.
  • Support product owners and delivery teams with configuration updates, backlog refinement, release readiness, and user enablement.
  • Monitor platform health, licensing, usage, data quality, scheduled jobs, integrations, and operational issues.
  • Support change, release, and configuration management activities for ServiceNow products and modules.
  • Maintain platform documentation, administrative procedures, knowledge articles, and support playbooks.
  • Coordinate with developers, architects, QA, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders to resolve issues and improve platform outcomes.


Education and Experience:

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • 4+ years of experience administering enterprise workflow, ITSM, or business application platforms.
  • 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow administration experience.

Desired:
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
  • Experience with ITIL practices, federal service management environments, or ServiceNow product operations.


Required Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow administration, user/group/role management, catalog administration, dashboards, notifications, and platform configuration.
  • Ability to troubleshoot configuration, access, workflow, data, and user issues.
  • Understanding of change management, release coordination, documentation, and platform governance.
  • Strong customer service and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.


Desired Skills and Competencies:
  • Experience with CSDM, CMDB, ITSM, SPM, HRSD, SecOps, or Service Portal administration.
  • Familiarity with reporting, data imports, automation rules, and platform health dashboards.
