Agile / Scrum
• Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Familiarity with sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management
• Leadership & Delivery
• Lead and manage a team of ServiceNow developers and administrators.
• Act as the technical and functional point of contact for ServiceNow platform initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Drive end-to-end ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, governance, and platform standards.
ServiceNow Development & Administration
• Design, configure, and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Perform customization using scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs) and integrations.
• Administer ServiceNow instances, including user management, roles, and workflows.
• Work on core modules such as:
• ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management)
• CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
• Maintain system health, performance, and data integrity.
Process & CMDB Management
• Understand and improve ITIL-based processes.
• Design and maintain CMDB structure, relationships, and data quality.
• Support discovery, service mapping, and data governance initiatives.
Agile / Scrum Responsibilities
• Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
• Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to refine backlog and prioritize work.
• Guide the team in Agile best practices and ensure timely delivery.
Stakeholder & Process Management
• Work closely with business and IT teams to understand process requirements.
• Provide recommendations for process optimization and automation.
• Ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards. "

Salary Range: $100,000-$115,000 a year
