- Lead the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow modules, ensuring alignment with best practices.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on ServiceNow functionalities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance ServiceNow capabilities and drive continuous improvement.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Stay updated on ServiceNow releases and industry trends to provide innovative solutions.
Mandatory Skills - In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Proven experience in project management and consultancy roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills - ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist).
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations and custom application development.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in consultancy, with a focus on ServiceNow.
