Role and ResponsibilitiesOur Federal Government client requires a ServiceNow Developer to Develop, plan, Analyze, Evaluate requirements with team and project authorities.
They will be responsible to:
- Design and document ServiceNow solutions, enhancements and changes based on business requirements related to the IRM, TPRM module
- Document key technical decisions, issues, and enhancements
- Design and develop interfaces between ServiceNOW and Bank financial systemsUniversity degree or college diploma in business, public administration, statistics or a related field
- Work closely with and facilitate discussions with internal business clients to clarify requirements and convert them into technical and functional requirements
- Work with the support team to ensure transition from development to operation
- Communicate and collaborate with project team members and key stakeholders throughout the project
Qualifications and Experience- University degree or college diploma in business, public administration, statistics or a related field
- A minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience as a developer for ServiceNow implementations
- Demonstrated experience with different ServiceNow module (including, but not limited to ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, SAM Pro, HR, SecOps)
- Demonstrated ability to use data and information to inform problem solving in relation to building systems and infrastructure
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines while working on multiple tasks
- Demonstrated experience working and leading discussions with a broad set of stakeholders
- You have persuasion and negotiating skills to elicit support from multiple levels of the organization for new initiatives.
- You can evaluate incident management scenarios, operational policy requirements, identify options and make recommendations on both general and specific security matters.
- You can conduct security reviews, provide risk assessments and options to manage risks within program budgets.
- You can assess differing security needs and business requirements, and conduct reviews.
