The Opportunity

ServiceNow Developer

Location: Canada(Remote)

Position Overview:

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will leverage your experience with Managed Service Providers (MSP), TMF APIs, and Integration Hub to create robust and scalable solutions. Additionally, you will assist in developing Automated Test Framework (ATF) test cases, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Proficiency in ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and ITOM is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

ServiceNow Development:
  • Design and develop custom applications, modules, workflows, and configurations on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Implement ServiceNow solutions integrating with TMF APIs and other external systems using Integration Hub.

ITSM, CSM, and ITOM Proficiency:
  • Implement and manage IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
  • Develop Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions to enhance customer interactions and service delivery.
  • Implement IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions, including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.

Quality Assurance and Documentation:
  • Assist in developing comprehensive documentation for developed solutions, including technical specifications, user guides, and test plans.
  • Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
