SAIC is proud to partner with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) under the Information Security Services (ISS) contract, delivering innovative solutions to strengthen and safeguard the nation's banking system. We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer provide ServiceNow expertise and skills to perform architecture design, development, configurations, data transforms/mappings and other enhancements for ITSM, ITAM and ITOM.

The qualified individual will:
  • Ogranize and execute requirements analysis with stakeholders and requestors. Translate business needs into clean technical designs
  • Develop and configure functionality to enable automation and orchestration capabilities
  • Develop and configure Playbook Experience to standardize ITSM workflows
  • Develop and configure Catalog Items and supporting Flows
  • Develop and configure ITOM Event Rules, Alert Management Rules and supporting Flows
  • Develop and configure Platform Analytics including Dashboards, Indicators, Breakdowns and Scheduled jobs
  • Collaborate with CMDB team to define, review and implement improvements to mature Discovery, IRE, Agent Client Collector and Service Mapping capabilities
  • Collaborate with SAM team to define, review and implement improvements to mature Model Management and License Metric Compliance capabilities
  • Collaborate with HAM team to define, review and implement improvements to mature Model Management and Asset Estate capabilities


Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelors and five (5) years or more experience; Masters and three (3) years or more experience; PhD and 0 years related experience; additional experience may be considered in lieu of education


Technical Skills:
  • JavaScript, GlideRecord and scripting fundamentals
