ServiceNow Developer | Day-to-Day - Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or custom scoped applications.
- Implement AI-enabled features within ServiceNow, including Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, Flow Designer, and automation solutions.
- Customize ServiceNow using business rules, client scripts, UI policies, script includes, and workflows while following best practices.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
- Develop and support integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and third-party systems as needed.
- Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization to ensure reliable and scalable solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, platform upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
ServiceNow Developer | Skills & Experience - 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer supporting enterprise-level implementations.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, including JavaScript, Glide APIs, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and script includes.
- Experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow AI and automation capabilities such as Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, Flow Designer, or RPA.
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow data models, security, ACLs, application scoping, and best practices.
- Experience developing and supporting integrations using REST, SOAP, JSON, MID Server, and third-party systems.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, or CIS are preferred.
