In this pivotal role, you'll design, develop, and maintain advanced ServiceNow functionalities with a focus on IT Operations Management (ITOM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB). Your expertise will enable seamless automation, efficiency, and data integrity across crucial ITIL modules, supporting our mission to deliver robust digital transformation initiatives.
What You Bring to the Table:
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience developing on the ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management
- Proficiency in configuring and maintaining CMDB and supporting data hygiene efforts to ensure accurate, reliable asset information
- Strong scripting skills in JavaScript and extensive API experience (REST/SOAP) for building integrations and automation workflows
- Ability to develop custom applications and provide technical guidance within Agile/Scrum teams
- Active secret clearance is required, with the ability to obtain or hold certifications such as ServiceNow certifications and CompTIA Security+
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience with MID Servers, IntegrationHub, and automation workflows
- Knowledge of ITSM/ITAM modules and their integration with infrastructure/security systems
- Certification in ServiceNow (Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist) or similar credentials
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of relevant ServiceNow platform experience, with proven success in configuring ITOM and CMDB modules

- Strong communication skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
