Qualifications

• 4+ years in ServiceNow Development & Configuration
• 3+ years of JavaScript and Client/Server-side Scripting
• 2+ years of API Integration, with REST/SOAP and JSON/XML
• 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules and Flow Designer
• 2+ years using Employee Center, Service Portal, and UI Builder
• 2+ years in ServiceNow AI technologies such as Now Assist and Virtual Agent
• 2-3+ years in testing, source control, and release management.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain ServiceNow applications.
• Build secure REST/SOAP integrations and APIs.
• Develop JavaScript, Business Rules, and client scripts for workflows.
• Configure ITSM modules like Incident and Change Management.
• Create user-friendly experiences with Employee Center and Service Portal.
• Troubleshoot integration and performance issues following security standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on upgrades, releases, and automation efforts.
