OverviewDecisionPoint seeks a
ServiceNow Developer to support the U.S. Air Force Executive Airlift Communications Network program. The developer will design, configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow capabilities supporting EACN and 89th Communications Squadron business and operational requirements.
The ServiceNow Developer will develop workflows, dashboards, wireframes, and repeatable processes across IT Service Management, IT Business Management, and IT Asset Management modules.
This position supports the Government Security Operations Center at Joint Base Andrews, Maryland, and is expected to require on-site performance.

Duties & ResponsibilitiesThe ServiceNow Developer will:
- Provide full-spectrum ServiceNow development and platform support.
- Design and implement workflows and wireframes aligned with Government business processes.
- Configure and customize ITSM, ITBM, and ITAM modules.
- Develop dashboards, reports, metrics, and trend-analysis capabilities.
- Create repeatable processes that improve operational efficiency and user experience.
- Translate technical and business requirements into ServiceNow solutions.
- Support software configuration changes, system-design updates, and equipment upgrades.
- Collaborate with Government stakeholders and DevOps teams during development sprints.
- Develop, test, document, and deploy platform enhancements.
- Troubleshoot application, workflow, integration, and performance issues.
- Maintain technical documentation, configuration records, and development standards.
- Support user acceptance testing and validation of new functionality.
- Ensure ServiceNow solutions comply with applicable security and accessibility requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and training to users and administrators.
QualificationsClearance Requirement:Must hold an active Secret clearance.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Development, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience: - Minimum five years of ServiceNow development or administration experience.
- Experience developing and customizing ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, and dashboards.
- Experience supporting ITSM, ITBM, and ITAM modules.
- Experience gathering requirements and translating business processes into technical solutions.
- Experience supporting federal, Department of Defense, or mission-critical environments preferred.
Technical Knowledge: - Knowledge of ServiceNow application development, configuration, administration, and platform architecture.
- Experience with Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, JavaScript, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
- Familiarity with Agile development, sprint planning, testing, and release management.
- Understanding of ITIL processes, including incident, change, knowledge, and asset management.
- Ability to develop reports, dashboards, integrations, workflows, and user interfaces.
- Familiarity with Section 508 and Department of Defense cybersecurity requirements.
Certifications: - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification required at the time of contract award.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist-IT Service Management certification preferred.
- Additional ServiceNow, ITIL, Agile, or cybersecurity certifications preferred.

Compensation: Anticipated salary range is $124,359.00-$136,813.00 per year
