Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet the needs of our clients.
- Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the rollout of new applications and modules.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and clients to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and optimizations of the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and other systems.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow.
- Stay updated with the latest developments and best practices in ServiceNow and related technologies.
Qualifications:- Fluent in French (both written and spoken).
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and SPM.
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations and APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- ServiceNow certification(s) is a plus.
