Job Description: ServiceNow Developer / ArchitectOverview:The ServiceNow Developer/Architect is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative and user-centric solutions within the ServiceNow platform. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities - Participate in the design and review of technical solutions and overall architecture.
- Develop intuitive, user-centric workflows and interfaces within the ServiceNow platform.
- Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Collaborate with developers and architects to ensure timely and high-quality solution delivery.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues and production incidents.
- Ensure platform stability and optimal performance.
- Stay up to date with ServiceNow best practices, new features, and industry trends.
- Contribute to technical documentation, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other ServiceNow modules, systems, and processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of ServiceNow initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer and Architect.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with other systems using APIs or other integration methods.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and service management best practices.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
