Mandatory Certifications
  • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) - Mandatory
  • CSA (Certified System Administrator)
  • CAD (Certified Application Developer)
  • Multiple CIS certifications (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, ITAM, SPM, etc.)

Enterprise Architecture & Strategy
