DescriptionMarkon is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst / Program Manager to support a highly cleared Intelligence Community customer by driving business process improvement, workflow optimization, and program management activities. This role supports strategic planning, stakeholder coordination, ServiceNow-related initiatives, and operational process improvements to enhance mission support capabilities across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Support ServiceNow-related business process improvement and workflow management activities
- Assist with strategic planning, program execution, and operational support efforts
- Gather and document business requirements and coordinate with technical and operational stakeholders
- Develop and maintain program documentation, reports, dashboards, and executive briefings
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, agendas, action items, and program review activities
- Support work-plan development, progress tracking, and risk management efforts
- Conduct training and stakeholder engagement sessions to support process adoption and organizational transition
- Analyze operational processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and standardization
- Support corporate action tasking and documentation efforts for leadership and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Management, or related field required and 8+ years of experience
- Experience supporting ServiceNow initiatives, workflow management, or business process improvement efforts
- Experience supporting Government programmatic activities or systems integration efforts
- Experience gathering business requirements and coordinating across stakeholder groups
- Experience developing presentations, reports, dashboards, and program documentation
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Experience with planning, meeting coordination, and progress tracking
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Familiarity with ServiceNow platform capabilities and operational workflows preferred
Salary RangeUSD $160,000.00 - USD $185,000.00 /Yr.The Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
