Job Description:
Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices across multiple modules like ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, SPM, and Service Mapping.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand complex business requirements and translate them into effective automated workflows.
Provide subject expertise on the ServiceNow platform, serving as a product advocate within customer accounts.
Lead project estimation, define project timelines, and contribute to project plans and milestones.
Mentor and guide team members in design, development, and testing activities.
Define architectural strategies and patterns commonly used within ServiceNow.
Build clean, scalable, and reusable code while enforcing best practices in software engineering.
Document business requirements to technical stories for development team.
Leverage OOTB solution wherever possible using spoke or API.
Ability to implement/design custom API when OOTB does not suit the requirement.
Manage end-to-end upgrade and advise customers with the benefits of new features that can be implemented.
Work closely with product owners to deliver high-quality solutions that meet user needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance application development and deployment processes.
Contribute to the design and implementation of new products and features while improving existing ones.
Foster knowledge-sharing within the team and facilitate individual team member development.
Conduct code reviews and provide coaching and mentorship to team members.
Interact cross-functionally to coordinate efforts across the organization, voluntarily sharing information.
