Job Description:
  • Implement and configure ServiceNow AIOps , including:
    • Event Management
    • Health Log Analytics (HLA)
    • Agent client collector implementation and Metric Intelligence (MI)
    • Machine Learning-based anomaly detection
  • Integrate monitoring tools (using OOTB Connector, REST API, SNMP trap etc) into ServiceNow.
  • Design AIOps architecture, data flows, dashboards, and service health models.
  • Configure alert rules, correlation logic, noise reduction policies, and service impact models.
  • Develop automation workflows using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and orchestration.
  • Design ServiceNow Orchestration workflows and automation packs, and build automated remediation for common incidents
  • Collaborate with Cloud, DevOps, and ITSM teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Conduct client workshops, requirement analysis, documentation, testing, and knowledge transfer.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript); working knowledge of Python/Shell/PowerShell.
  • Solid knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and ITIL processes.
