Job Description:
- Implement and configure ServiceNow AIOps , including:
- Event Management
- Health Log Analytics (HLA)
- Agent client collector implementation and Metric Intelligence (MI)
- Machine Learning-based anomaly detection
- Integrate monitoring tools (using OOTB Connector, REST API, SNMP trap etc) into ServiceNow.
- Design AIOps architecture, data flows, dashboards, and service health models.
- Configure alert rules, correlation logic, noise reduction policies, and service impact models.
- Develop automation workflows using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and orchestration.
- Design ServiceNow Orchestration workflows and automation packs, and build automated remediation for common incidents
- Collaborate with Cloud, DevOps, and ITSM teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Conduct client workshops, requirement analysis, documentation, testing, and knowledge transfer.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript); working knowledge of Python/Shell/PowerShell.
- Solid knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and ITIL processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-ITOM, CIS-Discovery, CIS-Event Management) good to have.
