Sharpnack Ford is growing, and we are immediately hiring experienced A-Level Ford Certified Service Technicians to join our high-performing service team!

We are looking for skilled technicians who are passionate about the trade, take pride in their work, and want to be a part of a family-owned dealership that's been serving Ohio since 1949.

ASE Certification is a plus, and Ford certification is preferred - but if you're experienced and willing to grow with us, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

• Diagnose and perform repairs on all vehicle systems according to Ford standards
• Execute repairs accurately and efficiently based on work orders
• Communicate with service advisors and other team members
• Keep up with evolving Ford technology and training certifications

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as an automotive technician
• Ford Certification and/or ASE Certification preferred
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills
• Positive attitude and a team-first mindset
