We are looking for technicians who can diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles efficiently while producing quality work and strong flat-rate hours.

What You'll Do- Diagnose and repair Ford vehicles according to manufacturer standards
- Perform advanced mechanical, electrical, drivability, and diagnostic repairs
- Complete maintenance services efficiently and accurately
- Communicate repair recommendations and vehicle status with service advisors
- Maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards
What You'll Bring- Minimum 2 years of professional automotive technician experience
- Ford dealership experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting abilities
- ASE certifications and Ford certifications are a plus
- Ability to consistently produce quality flat-rate hours
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. We are a drug-free workplace.
This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on Production Productivity.
