What You'll Do- Greet customers promptly and professionally
- Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document repair needs
- Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle condition and manufacturer guidelines
- Communicate repair timelines, estimates, and updates clearly
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and quality repairs
- Review completed work with customers and ensure satisfaction
- Maintain accurate repair orders and service records
- Help drive customer retention through outstanding service experiences
What We're Looking For- 2+ years of automotive service advisor experience preferred
- Dealership experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
- Familiarity with CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar dealership software is a plus
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethic

This is a performance driven position eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commissions off Individual Sales, Individual Gross Profit, and bonus based on Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, and Flat Rate Hours.
The Annual Estimated Earnings Range is $64,500.00 - $161,800.00. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
