Requirements- Ford experience is a plus (dealership experience strongly preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of automotive technician experience
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills across a wide range of vehicle systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Responsibilities- Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Ford vehicles
- Accurately identify mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
- Communicate clearly with service advisors regarding vehicle status and needs
- Follow all dealership and manufacturer guidelines and safety procedures

High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. We are a drug-free workplace.
This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on Production Productivity.
Actual pay may differ depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
The Flat Rate Range is for this position is $33.80 - $62.00.
