Salary:$80,000 - $90,000 per annum depending on experience
Schedule: Monday - Friday
You role:- Manage W/O
- Maintain the proper functioning of both the workshop and the field
- Manage the workload for plan and upland jobs
- Prepare and review quotation
- Meet with customers to clarify specific jobs and/or resolve issues before they become
- Control invoices and manufacturer
- Assist with the PCR (Plan Component Replacement) schedule to ensure the proper workforce.
- Participate actively in health and safety, promoting awareness and a preventive
- Review and authorize all service expense
- Ensure the proper functioning of the truck Follow up and approve all expenses.
- Make sure that warranty, FC (Factory Campaign) and other Distributor's responsibilities are met.
- Ensure calls are managed, and search for and provide technical information;
- Order parts and prepare the specialized tools required for the work;
- Analyze Fluid Live reports;
- Provide internal and external technical support;
- To perform any other duties assigned by the Manager
Your profile:Red Seal as heavy equipment technician or mechanic. Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience. Minimum of 3 years in a Supervision planning and/or heavy duty equipment planning. Leadership and administrative skills.
