Full Job Description
Eaton's Electrical Critical Power Solutions (CPS) Division is currently seeking a Service Product Line Manager to join our Service Team. This position will be a hybrid office/remote role and is based at our Raleigh, NC Division Headquarters. Relocation will be provided.

Eaton's Electrical Critical Power Solutions Division designs, manufactures, and services Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems, static switches, remote power panels, power distribution units, batteries, and electronic-based products to ensure power reliability in the most demanding applications. Our employees deliver mission-critical solutions to our customers' most challenging energy management requirements.

The Service Product Line Manager will focus on creating a best-in-class CPS service offerings, leveraging and marketing our service capabilities into meaningful value propositions for the customer, which are aligned to and closely coupled with our various sales channels and go to market strategies. The Service Product Line Manager will provide leadership to achieve targeted Service growth, for existing and new CPS products & solutions, aligned to the annual CPS and Service business plans.

What you'll do:
• Establish and attain orders and sales volume, margin, and mix objectives per the Service business annual profit plan.
• Manage the overall service commercial strategy which includes but is not limited to; pricing and portfolio management, developing / launching / marketing new and existing value propositions and solutions / offering and providing RFQ (request for quote) / RFP (request for price) support to field sales,
• Support service quotations & proposals for the CPS Service business.
• Develop relationship with new and existing customers.
• Directly supervise a team of five (5) consisting of product & customer relationship managers to increase Eaton's share in the data center, mission critical and other targeted market segments.
• Ensure success in all aspects of project quotation / negotiation, contracts generation / management, VOC (voice of customer) collection, product management, forecasting, pricing strategies, assessment of competitive pricing and market dynamics, negotiation of terms and conditions / risk analysis.
• Coordinate with EMEA and APAC teams to provide Global Service Product Line management, as we look to grow and advance our service business globally and leverage our Americas position.
• Work closely with leadership of our Service and Critical Power Solutions (CPS) businesses, Service operations, Data Center vertical sales teams, data center commercial group, product lines, marketing communications and channel partners in the Americas (primarily North America) to market and promote Eaton's services.

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum eight (8) years' experience in engineering, product management, and/or technical sales within the electrical equipment manufacturing industry.
• Minimum two (2) years of manager of people experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Engineering degree.
• Master's degree.
• Experience with UPS products.
• Experience with field service organization.
• Experience leading an end-to-end product P&L or budget.
• Experience successfully leading the execution of the product life cycle, commercialization, penetration strategies, and pricing for products focused on industrial applications.
• Superior knowledge of sales techniques, customer engagement, and employee development.
• Skilled in growing sales and market share through channel partnerships.
• Technical proficiency in deploying strategies to deliver customer focused solutions.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $158249.97 - $232099.96 a year. This role is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
