- $85,000 - $90,000 base salary (based on experience)
- 15% target annual bonus tied to performance

What You'll DoAs Maintenance Manager, you'll take ownership of both
team leadership and day-to-day operations, including:
- Lead & develop a small, high-performing maintenance team
- Deliver exceptional service to residents-creating a community they love to call home
- Oversee all aspects of property maintenance, including:
- Preventative maintenance programs
- Apartment turns (make-readies)
- Service requests and work order completion
- Vendor relationships and oversight
- Partner with leadership to identify and execute capital improvements and maintenance strategies
- Ensure full compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies
- Manage budgets thoughtfully to deliver top-quality results while maximizing efficiency
QualificationsWhat You Have- At least 3 years of experience with technical maintenance and facilities management in the property management industry.
- 1-3 years of experience leading a team of people in customer service and asset maintenance
- A reliable mode of transportation
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, 7-day work weeks (depending on community needs and seasonality), and on-call shifts (at least one week a month)
- Comfort with physical activity as you must be able and willing to move heavy equipment and machinery
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
