Responsibilities:
Heavy emphasis on being capable of following specific systems and coaching technicians to those systems - this is the key to being successful in this position.
Direct oversight of electricians' performance and sales activities.
Lead and train team members using our established and proven system.
Monitor field technicians' performance and provide guidance for improvement.
Understand sales criteria and ensure your team consistently exceeds revenue goals.
Hosting weekly team meetings to discuss the service pipeline, address challenges, uphold performance standards, and reinforce safety compliance.
Coach electricians on building customer rapport to effectively sell the right products and services.
Collaborate with customer service and dispatch teams to drive overall business success.
Manage team schedules to meet ongoing customer demand and adapt to seasonal spikes.
Managing service work to stay within budget constraints.
Developing and producing reports on department performance, quality, and efficiency.
Recruitment and comprehensive onboarding of new electricians.

Qualifications:
Five (5) years of experience in a Service, Sales or equivalent management position - industry specific experience is not necessary.
