Service Manager
Primary Job Function:
Lead and manage the operations of the service and install division, currently generating approximately $6 million in annual revenue, with a strategic objective to grow the division to $10 million annually. This division already has an existing team, customer base and infrastructure. This role is responsible for driving scalable growth through strategic planning, operational development, and performance management. Key responsibilities include implementing growth initiatives, refining operational procedures, and ensuring full compliance with industry standards and regulations. The position will oversee the recruitment, hiring, and development of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC technicians, while also managing procurement, inventory systems, and vendor relationships to support expansion. The manager will establish and maintain strong communication and coordination between departments to ensure seamless service delivery and integration across the company. Additionally, this role is accountable for financial performance, including pricing strategy, job costing, and margin improvement. A strong emphasis will be placed on increasing revenue, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction to successfully scale the service and install division from a $6M operation into a $10M operation.
Work Hours: 40+ hours per week, Monday through Friday, some overtime as needed
Pay Scale: Guaranteed $75,000 a year with quarterly profit sharing, Up to $130,000 yearly

Required qualifications:
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Must pass drug and background screens
• 5+ years of plumbing experience
• Possess the ability to inspire both personal and professional growth in our team members.

• Ability to drive team performance to achieve all business goals and objectives.
• Be detail oriented and a highly organized multi-tasker with good presentation skills and the ability to convey confident and decisive messages in a fast-paced and goal-driven environment.
• Be proficient using a computer and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
• Service Titan experience is a plus
