Job Description for Service Management:

  • Lead the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Service Management processes, including:
    • Service orders
    • Contracts and subscriptions
    • Billing and revenue integration
  • Design and configure Solution Quotations for complex, multi-component service offerings (e.g., product + service bundles, subscription-based services, usage-based services).
  • Define pricing, configuration, and dependency logic using Solution Quotation and related frameworks.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, conduct fit-to-standard analysis, and identify gaps.
  • Evaluate alternatives to workflow-based overrides or heavy customization, validations, and approval mechanisms.
  • Ensure alignment with cross functional processes, including:
    • Finance, Revenue recognition
    • SD / Order Management
    • Digital payments and invoicing
  • Lead or support SIT, UAT, and regression testing activities for Service Management and Solution Quotation scenarios.
  • Prepare test scripts, execute test cycles, and support defect resolution.
  • Support cutover, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
  • Produce high-quality documentation, including:
    • Functional Design Specifications
    • Process flow diagrams
