Job Description for Service Management:
Lead the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Service Management processes, including:
Service orders
Contracts and subscriptions
Billing and revenue integration
Design and configure Solution Quotations for complex, multi-component service offerings (e.g., product + service bundles, subscription-based services, usage-based services).
Define pricing, configuration, and dependency logic using Solution Quotation and related frameworks.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, conduct fit-to-standard analysis, and identify gaps.
Evaluate alternatives to workflow-based overrides or heavy customization, validations, and approval mechanisms.
Ensure alignment with cross functional processes, including:
Finance, Revenue recognition
SD / Order Management
Digital payments and invoicing
Lead or support SIT, UAT, and regression testing activities for Service Management and Solution Quotation scenarios.
Prepare test scripts, execute test cycles, and support defect resolution.
Support cutover, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
