Main responsibilitiesAssist the methodology and learning team with the following:
- Effective operationalization of the firm's methodologies in the engagement tool
- Participate in UAT and other testing, as necessary
- Test operationalize of methodology
- Develop additional tool learning resources; tool videos, QSC's etc
- Assist in the development of the global sustainability methodology and relevant support materials
- Maintenance of the global methodology
- Develop methodology learning resources; learning programs, QRG's, and practice aids
Person specification- Professional designation (CPA, CA or equivalent qualification)
- Fluent in English
Experience - Essential- Experienced manager or newly appointed senior manager
- Experience in the develop and / or execution of sustainability engagements
- Self- starter with the ability and confidence to execute their own projects and workload
- Strong business writing and communication skills
- Ability to be agile and respond in a proactive manner
- Global mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player, including the ability to collaborate with other functional groups
- Good organization and time management skills and an ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to work in a virtual environment across multiple time zones
Experience - Desirable- Previous experience of working within a global professional services environment and with international stakeholders
- Previous experience working in a National office role
- Previous experience in the development of learning
The base salary range for this position is between $102,000 and $134,400. Placement within the pay range is at Grant Thornton's discretion, and it is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, progression within the role, geographic location, and internal equity. At Grant Thornton, compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
