  • Review enhancement requests, technical specifications, and operational requirements.
  • Build automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes.
  • Understand, modify, and support existing scripts written in PowerShell, Python, or similar scripting languages.
  • Develop and execute unit tests and assist with system-level validation activities.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, software specifications, and test plans.
  • Support software deployment, migration activities, and implementation processes.
  • Participate in code reviews and quality assurance activities to ensure engineering excellence.
  • Leverage AI-powered development tools and agents to improve productivity, accelerate debugging, and streamline engineering workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to support service reliability, scalability, and performance initiatives.
Required Qualifications

  • Exposure to cloud platforms and large-scale distributed systems.
  • Experience supporting infrastructure, platform, or service management environments.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools, AI agents, or intelligent automation workflows.
  • Experience with operational tooling, service monitoring, and reliability engineering practices.
  • Prior experience working within large enterprise technology organizations.
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn new technologies and rapidly adapt to evolving engineering environments.
